HORIZONTAL SPEED won a bumper at Uttoxeter in December and would have gone close under a penalty at Taunton last month had he not stumbled and slipped up when challenging the winner. Providing he's none the worse for that experience, Philip Hobbs' charge can make a winning debut over hurdles.
