Verdict
QUDWAH is the least exposed but even so the most progressive here, and carries our support ahead of Bohemian Melody and Rahya Cross. This is just the fourth outing for Michael Jarvis' filly, who was very impressive when hacking up last time out at Doncaster. She's got the best of the draw here too. Rahya Cross was stone-last in a better race on debut for Jeremy Gask following her move from Ireland, but first time headgear may bring about improvement. Bohemian Melody drops in trip and grade, and that could be enough to see him home first on the track where he lost his maiden tag second time out. Ghostwing's yard do well here, but he may be too high in the weights now, racing off a mark five pounds higher than when scoring three runs back, since when he's not beaten a rival. It's the best race on the card, but with a disappointingly small field, and we think Qudwah can prevail.
