      Verdict

      Cristal Pallas Cat won a nursery over track and trip at the end of last year and went close again at Lingfield recently. Pak Choi was runner-up at Newcastle and the winner has gone in again since. The latter makes his handicap debut along with Wide Acclaim and KATH’S LUSTRE. The former was beaten only a length at Chelmsford last time but Richard Hughes’ filly won at the same track with subsequent winners behind and she gets the vote in a tight contest. Flora Tristan is another with a shout but was due to run at Wolverhampton yesterday.
