Verdict
There are some well-bred newcomers in opposition here including John Gosden's Obscure, Tanaghum from John Dunlop's stable and Henry Cecil's duo of Force of Nature and Witticism but Felicity sets a fair standard and is the selection. The selection is rated 92 following her narrow defeat at the hands of the useful El Laoob over this trip at Newbury last time and, on that showing, it will take a good one to beat her. Stablemate Obscure is a daughter of Salse but looks the second string on jockey bookings. Richard Quinn chooses Force of Nature over Witticism but with the Cecil camp still out of sorts both of the Warren Place trainer's representatives are probably best watched. A similar comment applies to runners from John Dunlop's stable so Tanaghum, a half-sister to Najab, is another to watch rather than bet on. Albavilla and Madame Marjou have both shown signs of ability but need to improve considerably to beat Felicity.
