Verdict

Alabama Boy showed major improvement here last time without threatening the winner but Ilza'eem is preferred having finished runner-up over track and trip on his debut. Jaafel also placed here last month while Twilight Madness was narrowly beaten over 6f at the track on his latest start. But Charlie Appleby has won two of the last three renewals and ROYAL FLEET may prove good enough to make a winning start given he’s a full-brother to a winner and a half-brother to stablemate and Group 3 winner Royal Crusade. Ford Madox Brown, Lowndes Square and Neenee's Choice are other newcomers to note.
