        Verdict

        Keystroke won the Lincoln Trial at Wolverhampton in March but didn’t score again until back at the same track in November. He’s closely matched on collateral form with recent Lingfield runner-up Mr Bossy Boots, who finished ahead of Georgian Bay. Intransigent ended a long barren spell with a recent victory over track and trip. He should confirm running with Valbchek, Firmdecisions and Outer Space but another chance goes to AL KHAN (NAP). He won twice over 7f at the end of last year and having gone close once again in a tougher race than this at Newcastle last time, Kevin Ryan’s charge gets the nod.
