In depth

Verdict

The five-year-old PUT THE KETTLE ON ran a tremendous race when a close third in a huge field of handicap hurdlers at Punchestown and can make her allowances count on her chasing debut. Eviscerating carried a big weight to victory in a handicap hurdle at Naas and led for a long way on his chasing debut at Limerick. That experience should stand him in good stead while Lord Schnapps made a very promising start over fences at Cork last month and is greatly respected on that form. Megabucks finished a close second at Ludlow on his chasing bow and was off for a long time before his two recent runs over hurdles so he should be ready now. From Eden makes his chasing debut but looks a nice staying prospect though more rain would probably help.
