Verdict

ROBIN DE CARLOW, a Grade 3 novice hurdle winner at Limerick in March, looked potentially very useful on his chasing debut at Kilbeggan and receives weight from his main rivals including stable companions Brahma Bull and Pont Aven, both recent winners with the latter landing his opening race over fences by 28l. Dinons, five times a winner over hurdles, has looked a decent stayer in the making in his two successful starts over fences though a double penalty makes this more difficult.
