Verdict

J P McManus, Aidan O'Brien and Barry Geraghty look a formidable team and DRACO has to be greatly respected. He's competed at a high level since his maiden victory at Wexford in October and will appreciate this drop in class. Cassells Rock has to be a major threat after just failing to hold Shamiran at Punchestown though that was over 2m4f, as was his only victory over hurdles at Bellewstown in October. Tandem has the potential to go much higher in the ratings and will have needed his comeback run at Punchestown in May. Kates Benefit reverted to hurdles after a spell over fences here in May and duly obliged though she's better handicapped over the bigger obstacles.
