Verdict

Gavin Cromwell should have the answer to this via his two penalised runners. Lucky Road has been raised a massive 15lb for Sunday's facile victory at Sligo and can run from just 5lb higher here so under normal circumstances he would look home and hosed. However, stable companion PEACHES AND CREAM cantered up at Downpatrick on Monday and is likely to get a similar hike in the weights so he looks the one to beat. Holly Hansum improved dramatically when sent over 3m at Tipperary, as did Stolen Moment over the same track and trip but Hussle Up ran his best race to date over this trip at Listowel. Give Battle just failed against Smiling Eliza at Cork last week but was well beaten on his only start over this trip.
