Verdict

Dysart Diamond returned from a break to finish runner-up in a mares' handicap at Galway. Dewcup, runner-up in a Punchestown Grade 2 in November, has been racing on the Flat and return to hurdling on a very fair mark. The 2019 Galway Hurdle winner Tudor City hasn't won subsequently but ran another excellent race this year when a close fifth. In-between victories at Ballinrobe and Sligo, THE LITTLE YANK ran a fine race behind Wednesday's York winner Arcadian Sunrise at Galway so looks the one to beat. Visionarian gave a stone and a beating to Fairyhill Run at Down Royal before finding 2m7f just too far at Galway.
