Verdict

FEUX DE BOIS would have won by a much wider margin if not for being eased right down at Roscommon on his debut and almost caught on the line. His jockey is unlikely to make that mistake again and Joseph O’Brien’s charge can defy a penalty. Cabin Hill and Bentham also carry penalties for earlier wins and the former finished well in front when they met at Galway recently while Celine Soprano was well beaten over hurdles last time but won a bumper at Wexford back in May. Harrison Line is a brother to a bumper winner and a half-brother to a winning hurdler and a newcomer to note.
