In depth

Verdict

Joseph O’Brien sent out last year’s winner and Jack Dillinger is preferred to Fine Brunello and Ivanovich Gorbatov of the yard’s trio of runners. But a chance is taken on DUE REWARD on his chasing bow having just missed out in the valuable Galway Hurdle at the start of the month when Sayo was pulled up. Henry De Bromhead’s charge will be sharper for that first run since March and the same comment applies to Triumph Hurdle third Sayo, representing Willie Mullins. The Holy One has shown little in three starts over fences so far.
