Verdict

Fast ground on the chase course for this bunch and as DOUBLE THE TROUBLE can fully appreciate these conditions, we take him to land the spoils at the expense of Chapel Flowers and Double Mead. Andy Turnell's charge would not have appreciated the slow conditions at Market Rasen last time out but he has come down a couple of pounds in the weights and will hold a good chance at fair odds. Chapel Flowers switches back to chase fences having made hay off a low hurdling mark. Double Mead does represent a yard that have had particular success with their runners this autumn. It would be no surprise to see her well enough first time out from absence. Foxesbow has bits and pieces of form though will need his jumping to stand up to examination. Rio Laine ran well at Ffos Las though the value of that form took a drop with Sydney Sling's moderate run at Catterick on Wednesday. Kentmere had every chance when capsizing at Wetherby and today's likely going should suit. Quincy Des Pictons ran as if needing the run at Sedgefield and should have improved accordingly. Double The Trouble is the call having considered the alternatives.
