Verdict
While Major Benefit will certainly find this much easier than chasing the likes of Earthmover and company around Chepstow, it will be a surprise if there isn't something in this to beat him. Freteval had shown promise in France before coming over this side of the water. He is a winner between the flags and should go well here with a capable rider on his back. Although the winner of a couple of points this year, Sea Haitch Em was little more than a plater over hurdles and he too would appear to have plenty on his plate in this. A chance is taken with the former Venetia Williams inmate Fearless Mel. Now with the powerful Dalton yard, I understand he has been showing plenty of zest in his homework and he is a sporting choice to se off some shorter priced rivals.
