    Verdict

Mark Johnston can do little wrong at the moment, and his improving sort BOX OFFICE looks just the ticket to land division two of the maiden, and gets our vote ahead of King's Song and Al Marmoom. Placed in both his runs so far, the selection has run green, but may prefer a faster surface than he's found previously. Stepping up from 6 to 7 furlongs gives more time to accommodate a sluggish start, which has been a problem. King's Song is a newcomer from Sir Michael Stoute. A 600 thousand Euro purchase, he's got entries in the derbies here and in Ireland. Al Marmoom has a Group 1 entry too; the Godolphin runner faded out of contention in a similar race on debut, but with a good draw here, any market support, given the way they¿ve been going in the last few weeks, could be significant. This looks slightly trickier to call than Division One, but we'll opt for Box Office.
