Verdict

BIT OF A QUIRKE is a bit of a Beverley specialist but the eight-year-old will handle conditions and there is no reason why he won’t run his race with Tyler Heard’s claim a factor in his favour. Bumper and hurdles winner Didtheyleaveuoutto is interesting making his flat debut on Turf off a lowly mark. Convertible missed the break when last of four at Haydock and won on soft going at Redcar last year while Grey Fox was impressive at Windsor but has been hit with a 9lb rise. Curtiz is race-fit but Croeso Cymraeg, Flying Dragon and Broad Appeal all lack a recent run.
