Verdict
STEEL FREE is taken to break his maiden tag on his second attempt at the expense of Zero Money and Houdella. The selection showed plenty of encouragement when finishing second to Danehill's Pearl at Newbury last time out. With that experience now behind him he ought to improve and if doing so he will prove difficult to beat. Zero Money ran well on his only start as a two year old last season when finishing third to Princess Hannah. He looked very green that day and will have improved with another year on his back so any market moves should be noted. Houdella comes from a yard in form but needs to improve on what he showed on his seasonal reappearance but Steel Free looks the form horse in the race and is given the strong vote to win this maiden.
