    Verdict

A very disappointing turnout for a nice prize. Barbados, by Galileo and a brother to Moyglare winner Maybe, had little to beat when making all in a Navan maiden over 1m2f but there's every chance he'll improve over this trip. Eminent Authority is by Frankel and related to a host of winners. He looked certain to be suited by further when coming with a late burst to score over 1m3f at Killarney and should soon be winning again though RAKAN looks the one to be on. He beat a big field over a mile here in October and returned to run really well behind Broome in the Derrinstown Stud Derby Trial last month.
