Verdict

No horse drawn in double figures has won this in nine years and the lower the better. Atlas has the inside berth and has been running well all year, scoring over 7f on yielding ground here in April from just 2lb lower. He should be thereabouts with his rider's 10lb claim a bonus but TREBLE CONE also has an inside berth and can get back to winning ways. A course and distance winner on ground with give last month, he found fast going against him at the Curragh a week later but was beaten less than a length. The three-year-old Engles Rock arrives with a penalty after her victory over 7f at Listowel on Sunday and a high draw tempers enthusiasm but Mutadaawel finished just in front of the selection at the Curragh though appeared better suited by the fast ground. Beckwith Place will love the going and made a very promising comeback over 7f at the Curragh a month ago and should do even better over this trip.
