Verdict

Willie Mullins has saddled Vautour and Djakadam to win the last two of these and KILLULTAGH VIC should provide the hat-trick. Last year's Martin Pipe winner followed up in a Grade 1 at Punchestown before a very impressive debut success over fences at Fairyhouse and though taking on a better opponent here in Lord Scoundrel it will be a surprise if he's beaten. Gordon Elliott's charge has to concede 3lb thanks to his Grade 3 victory at Cork and he's come up against classy performers in his two subsequent starts. The remaining trio look to be playing for a place with Blair Perrone, who ran his best race for a while over the track and trip on heavy going last time, possibly the best of them.
