Verdict

BOLD DISCOVERY probably wasn't right when last in the 2000 Guineas at the Curragh and bounced back to land a Listed race there earlier this month. He's now rated 109 so should be up to winning a race of this nature though Alfred Munnings is something of an unknown and Ryan Moore has travelled over. A debut winner here last May, he reappeared with a moderate effort in a 1m2f Group 3 at the Curragh and will need to improve from that to beat the selection. Self Belief was a long way behind in the latter event but Trustyourinstinct deserves a crack at this level after completing a double at minor level. Empress Of Beauty is very progressive though needs a bit more.
