Verdict

BAND OF BLOOD appeared to find 3m stretching his stamina in a Grade 3 at Cork and this trip should prove his optimum. He should again take care of Zabana on their run at Limerick in May and gets the vote though the latter improved subsequently and has had a break. The Mighty Milan makes his handicap debut but had no answer to Indian File at Limerick last month while Nearly Nama'D looks a few pounds high in the weights. Your Busy has been going well over fences and isn't without a chance on an 11lb lower mark over hurdles. Gentleman Duke has a similar profile but King Of The Refs is still a maiden under Rules after 23 starts and Bothair Ceil was lucky to win at Thurles.
