Verdict

Plenty of runners in this opener but few with realistic chances. CASTLE GUEST couldn't cope with Double Speak at Punchestown but this looks a good opportunity to go one better and he's since had a run on the Flat. Fritz Grasland was a 50/1 chance when showing his first sign of form at Tramore where he was only beaten half-a-length while Gone Platinum has been steadily improving over timber though is likely to do better over fences. Gunner Mcgregor comfortably landed a Clonmel bumper and looks a nice prospect for hurdling.
