Verdict

NINE STICHES has disappointed in a couple of outings since finishing second at Cork in November. But he gets another chance in this company given the weight concession from Neatly Put, a bumper winner who arrives on the back of a success at Dundalk last month. Point-to-point winner Deans Road was a well-beaten third in a bumper at Fairyhouse recently and makes his hurdling debut along with Tornado Watch - the latter returns from a lengthy absence. The Student and Instant Smile may prove best of the rest.
