A handful of these arrive with decent claims including recent Southwell winner Scarlet Bounty, who has been raised 7lb but is still preferred to Blackthorn Stick. Tellovoi has been thereabouts at Southwell of late and Polar Kite has found only one too good over track and trip the last twice but it could be the turn of HUMOUR today. The latter has yet to win over 7f but has gone close on more than one occasion and drops down a grade for this. Mac's Power and Autumn Tonic have slipped down the weights and could bounce back at any time.
