Verdict
Miss Porcia will be a big danger to all if she gets the trip, but we will give the vote to Dark Society, with Super Dominion and Piquet also expected to go close. Tony Carroll's gelding showed very little in two runs on the flat last year, but has since been showing much improved form over hurdles. He has landed races at Bangor, Kempton and most recently Fakenham, if he can transfer that form to the all-weather he will be vary hard to beat. Super Domnion bounced back with a win last week beating Glendale over course and distance, he should be in the shake up again. Meanwhile Piquet can never be discounted and ran another sound race last week when chasing home Eijazz. Miss Porcia does look well treated here, but on pedigree she may just struggle to stay to see out this ten furlongs. So once again we have a very open event and we take Dark Society to land the spoils
