KACHY is clear at the weights attempting to win this Listed sprint for the third time in succession. He made a winning reappearance last year before returning a clear winner in this and Tom Dascombe’s charge is the one to beat. Habub is next best on today’s terms but drops down in trip having been raised 9lb for making all over a mile at Chelmsford back in October. Good Effort just got the better of Royal Birth in a decent handicap at Newcastle last time but Tinto also beat the latter when runner-up in a Listed event here in November when Soldier's Minute finished third. Lady Dancealot defeated subsequent winner Merhoob over track and trip earlier though both face a difficult task on these terms.
