      Verdict

      Taxman, Lady Pilot and Monte Cristo look the three to concentrate on in this tight handicap with the vote going to Taxman. The selection was an unlucky in running second behind Latif last time out. That form looks rock solid in the context of this race and off the same mark here he will be hard to beat. Lady Pilot rates the main danger as she won well last time out when beating Rare Coincidence but this looks tougher and her penalty may just find her out so she is passed over foe that reason. Monte Cristo is another that could go well as he also won last time out when defeating Reggae Rhythm but he will do well to give weight and a beating to some less exposed rivals. Of the remainder Montosari is from a yard in form and could go well at a price but he is another that looks weighted up to his best and with this in mind for the winner we return to Taxman.
