Verdict
We end the card with another weak event that may go to Flame Princess, with Onefortheboys and Sotonian put forward as the main dangers. Flame Princess and Onefortheboys met here last week in the maiden won by Ile Facile. The selection was over three lengths to the good on that occasion and is in fact better off at the weights today. It was the first time in fourteen attempts that Flame Princess had reached the frame so she is no world beater, however this contest is extremely poor and it will take very little winning. Sotonian is the other one we like the look of. He has been contesting some reasonable races at Wolverhampton recently but has also shown a liking for the track in the past. Of the others General Response has shown a glimmer of ability but in race that doesn't warrant any huge wagers, Flame Princess is given the vote.
