In depth

Verdict

Revolutionise is partnered by Marco Ghiani, who has been fighting it out with Laura Pearson in this year’s All-Weather Champion Apprentice contest, though the latter has a stronger chance in this with Amber Island winning at Chelmsford last time. Mick Appleby is leading the race to be crowned All-Weather Champion Trainer but Southwell winner Ayr Harbour has been drawn out wide and COUNT OTTO is preferred. The latter bids for a hat-trick raised only 3lb for last month’s course and distance success and can confirm running with Total Commitment. Gabrial The Devil, Lord Of The Lodge and Magical Wish all look high enough in the weights at present.
