Several of these have chance but Retirement has solid claims and is forwarded along with Summerise as the main hope. Rowan Pursuit and One Upmanship are others to consider. The last named will have the assistance of Jamie Spencer and arrives here in good heart. He is better suited to this trip and should be thereabouts at the finish. Rowan Pursuit has dropped to a fair mark and is unexposed at the trip. The better ground will help her this evening and she could be good value for a place. Summerise won well at Yarmouth earlier in the week and should again make a bold bid. She won with a bit in hand on that occasion and it may pay to factor in a saver option even though a third quick race after a long absence does have to be a slight concern. Therefore, we also throw in Retirement, who gets a fair bit of weight on these terms. Officially rated 66, Retirement is very well treated for this first try in selling grade and, as such has every chance of adding to her tally here.
