Verdict
Furzig should figure again on a recent second at Wolverhampton but Kasbaan is preferred on last month’s runners-up effort at Chelmsford when finishing a couple of lengths in front of Victory Bond. Kuwait Currency had the measure of Pactolus when also finishing second in a Listed race over track and trip and makes more appeal than Nottingham winner Mustarrid in this grade. A progressive three-year-old, ENTANGLING was presumably thought in need of the run at Kempton on his first outing since 2017 and debut for David Elsworth’s yard. But he defied odds of 50/1 to score over the mile trip and this extra distance will suit as looks to make up for lost time.
