        Verdict

        LUCKY AVA was forced wide turning for home over track and trip a week ago but still returned a cosy winner. There looks more to come now she’s got her head in front and she can defy a penalty. Rainbow's Pony wasn’t beaten far in a tight finish to a maiden race last time while Mehmo finished in front of One Day when fourth over course and distance. The latter will be sharper for that comeback run, however, and Yaddle may finish closer handicapping for the first time.
