In depth

Verdict

Discotheque gets the confident vote in this maiden with Mail Express and Rembrandt Quality rating the main dangers. The selection was a fair fourth in a better race behind Wheelavit last time, that form looks rock solid in the context of this race and he need only run up to that mark to win this with a little in hand. Mail Express rates the main danger on his latest third behind Josie Marcus but the suspicion is he will be seen to better effect once handicapped. Rembrandt Quality showed a modicum of ability last season but does not appear to have trained on while Tetrode is bred to be seen to better effect over a longer trip in time and for the winner we return to Discotheque who gets the confident vote.
