Verdict
Madrasee can beat fellow course and distance scorer Panjandrum and Byo in the finale. Madrasee was given a fine ride by today¿s pilot Robert Miles when winning at Brighton on her last outing in October, and will have benefited from the break. She should return fit and relaxed and will make a bold bid to record her third course victory. Panjandrum was also successful over track and trip when getting the better of quite a few rivals in a close finish 17 days ago. A closer inspection of that form reveals that Byo is weighted to turn the tables, and with his stable in decent nick at present, the latter would appear to be the main danger if the selection is not quite ready. We believe she will be though, and Madrasee is the pick.
