Fateful Attraction has more to do under a 6lb penalty for his win over course and distance last week and preference is for Welsh Dragon, who gets the vote ahead of Mr Cheers. The last mentioned has run well in claimers in his last two starts but this looks tougher so he may be best watched in this grade. In Hope receives plenty of weight and has slipped to a fair mark so has to be considered along with the lightly raced Miss Dagger. Twilight Avenger had little chance behind Garstang here on Saturday and may do better in this company but the vote goes to Andrew Balding's Welsh Dragon, who clearly goes well when fresh and is open to plenty of improvement.
