Verdict
This claimer can go the way of Santaverti, with Calypso King and Ravenna others to consider. The selection was disappointing in a seller at Brighton last week on ground that was unsuitable but he has gone well here in he past and at this level he looks the one to beat. Calypso King went off too quickly at Southwell last time and paid the penalty by finishing down the field, but he is another that is eased in grade today and if he runs up to his best then he should be thereabouts at the finish. Ravenna did not look entirely straightforward at Chepstow last time but she does have ability and she remains lightly-raced so is not one to dismiss too lightly. Mamabazo was well backed last time but could only plug-on to take third place and unless the market indicates otherwise he is probably best watched. We are therefore happy to return to Santaverti as the one to beat.
