Verdict
A low draw would look to be against recent Salisbury winner Accendere and it may pay to concentrate on those drawn towards the stands' side rail with the vote going to Dial Square who is preferred to Young Love. The last mentioned showed improved form at Chepstow last time and remains relatively unexposed. A market move for top weight United Spirit would be of interest as it would for the Stuart Williams-trained Wonky Donkey, although the last mentioned has not always looked to be the most straightforward of rides. Joshua's Gold, the mount of Danny Tudhope, is another worthy of a mention among those drawn high but the vote goes to Dial Square. Paul Howling's gelding showed progressive form in Banded stakes races during the winter, completing a hat-trick in April when last seen. Sure to have been freshened up in the meantime, and still unexposed, he looks the one to be on from a favourable draw. Shibumi and Beautiful Noise would have claims if they were better drawn, along with John Egan's mount Blaeberry but it is hard to get away from those up the near side and in particular Dial Square.
