Verdict
Tag Team and Cut And Dried are the two that catch the eye here with the vote going to the former. The Andrew Balding-trained selection is a course and distance winner and has quickly put together back-to-back wins. A mark of 76 does not seem excessive and he should run a big race. Cut And Dried has also won his last two races and is also a course and distance winner. He has not had much to spare in his races though and maybe lacks the scope for the improvement of the selection. Of the others, Shielaligh looked promising when winning on her debut at Windsor for Henry Candy. Now with Gay Kelleway, it will be interesting to see how she progresses as a three-year-old. However, she is probably best watched today. Trick Cyclist looks the weaker of the two Balding entries but the well-related Green Manalishi progressed sufficiently on his last outing as a juvenile to win on Turf here. He might be one to keep an eye on for the future but don't entirely rule out a good run today. Peruvian Style also won on his final juvenile start but lacks experience on this surface. Hello Roberto could be of interest returned to five furlongs as her best form is arguably at that trip, and while Global Achiever comes here on the back of a win, that victory was gained at Wolverhampton and it would be disappointing if she was good enough to trouble what we see as the principals in this race. And of these, we like the look of Tag Team.
