Not much form to go on with some unexposed sorts in opposition but Turtle Patriarch sets the standard and looks the one to beat while Rules For Jokers rates a danger along with the interesting newcomers such as Winslow Boy and Azolla. Amanda Perrett's charge was unfancied on his debut over this trip at Salisbury last month but ran a race full of promise when staying on under tender handling to finish on the heel of the leaders in sixth. Sure to have improved considerably for the experience, the well bred son of Turtle Island looks sure to play a hand under Seb Sanders. Rules For Jokers also made an encouraging debut when fourth in a hot York maiden last month and will find this easier grade more to his liking. Chris Wall saddles Winslow Boy, who makes plenty of appeal in a race of this nature while Luca Cumani's Azolla, a Cadeaux Genereux filly out of a winning juvenile, is another to monitor closely but Turtle Patriarch may prove too strong on this occasion.
