    Verdict

The two with experience Strike Force and Foxy Games do not have a great deal to recommend them and preference is for the newcomer Ama de Casa, who gets the vote over the other debutant Diamond Light. The last mentioned is bred to come into her own over middle distances next season and is probably best watched on her debut over an inadequate six furlongs. John Gosden's Strike Force was well held on his Newmarket debut on a soft surface and may do better on faster ground here but is hard to recommend on his debut effort, while Foxy Games was well held on her first start on the sand at Kempton and looks to face no easy task on that evidence. The vote then goes to Jeremy Noseda's Ama de Casa, who is bred for this trip and should handle the ground.
