Galician was very disappointing at Yarmouth last time, a long way behind Noble Citizen, and this may be a shade too far for the top weight but Lowther has been in excellent form on the Polytrack again lately and is just as effective on Turf. Corporal Maddox should also be thereabouts after a pipe-opener at Wolverhampton but it must be worth giving JACK OF DIAMONDS a chance to show his worth on this surface. He's just been touched off in his last two starts on the Polytrack here and has a lower mark on Turf. Lutine Bell has a chance on last year's form and looks the pick of the remainder.
