      Verdict

      Recent winners Tinshu and Poyle Meg needs respect however CRITICAL PATH lurks at the bottom of the weights and is preferred. Andrew Balding's Noverre filly is one of the least exposed runners in the line-up. She ran well at Windsor when last seen and she looks capable of playing a major hand in the finish today. Shady Lady made no impact on a recent comeback at the track but was hardly expected to at 25/1, rises in the weights for Tinshu and Poyle Meg may mean that they struggle slightly in this stronger race, whilst Accede is 8lb higher now back in handicaps following a decent effort in Listed company last time out. Similar comments apply to Badiat Alzaman and Crimson Ribbon, whilst Stan's Cool Cat hasn't gone on since beating Accede at Newbury in July. Another open handicap, where we will stick with Critical Path.
