Verdict
Miss George has been in cracking form here this year, winning two of her three starts and runner-up in the other. She is clearly in the form of her life at present and should again go well in this, though she does look to be up against it with Royal Storm, who is sure to be better for his outing here last month when beaten less than a length by Miss George and is 6lbs better off here. A fine, big, rangy individual, Royal Storm was always going to be better as he got older and stronger and he should make no mistake in this. Golden Brief has been kept busy through the winter and looks to be on the upgrade. He should also be involved at the business end, while recent winner Emerald Fire, who is a half-sister to the prolific 10-furlong winner Herr Trigger, may actually improve for the step up in trip and is certainly worthy of respect.
