        Verdict

        The Best Yet was a good winner of an apprentice race over course and distance on his last run, when defeating Illusive in good style. He escapes a penalty for that victory and he will be hard to beat running off the same mark with conditions again in his favour. Connect won a classified race over course and distance last time, but prior to that his best form had been over the minimum trip and he may struggle under his penalty. Riverboat Dancer won a maiden at Epsom on her last start, she is lightly raced and has plenty of scope for improvement but her high draw may well be against her. Cd Flyer is from a yard that does well here and he is well in on some of his efforts on the turf. If he takes to the surface he could go well at a fair price. Blushing Spur was a fair third behind Legal Set in a claimer last time out, but he needs to improve to win a handicap as competitive as this off this mark Only One Ledgend has two ways of running but if he ordained to put his best foot forward he could go well. Of the remainder Sounds Lucky is from a yard that does well here but he has yet to win off a mark this high. Muqtadi was a fair third over the minimum trip behind Roses Of Spring last time and he is more suited to this distance.
