Verdict
The progressive Second Thought has beaten Sutter County the last twice they have met. He won a Listed race over 7f here last month and will likely be a short-price for this. Tomily has also beaten Sutter County though finished a long way behind Second Thought at Kempton before that and a speculative vote goes the way of DUBAI ONE. She’ll need to show further progress having landed a handicap at Wolverhampton last time but Ryan Moore’s presence suggests there is more to come from the Godolphin filly. Better was expected of Wick Powell at Newcastle last time but Visionary didn’t disappoint when beating lower rated horses than these on a recent trip over to Dundalk. The French horse Carlton Choice is in good form but hard to assess on last month’s double on Turf and the remainder make even less appeal.
