Henry Cecil doesn't have too many runners here and Lillianna appears to have a great chance of lifting this prize from Doctored and Polar Dancer. This well bred daughter of Barathea is steadily improving, running her best race to date when finishing third behind Swainsworld. That winner is rated 78, so on that basis Lillianna is well treated here. Doctored won off a mark of 60 when easily beating Eastborough at Bath over the week-end, however he may just struggle to give weight away to this field. Polar Dancer was well beaten on her seasonal debut at Windsor, but the yard was not at it's best then, and this one is better judged on last season's performances here, which included an excellent second behind Pukka back in November. On official ratings this one is entitled to get close to the selection. The dark horse in the line-up could be Cayman Calypso,who hails from a top yard and has scope for improvement, however,on balance, Lillianna does look to have the strongest claim
