        Verdict

        FLIP MODE (NAP) was winning for the third time this year when landing an apprentice race in the soft going at Chepstow last week. He escapes a penalty and looks the one to beat in this company. Captain Jameson was narrowly beaten the last time he raced in testing ground and can figure again but Moosmee’s recent second here came over a longer trip. True Belief will handle the underfoot conditions but hasn’t raced since December.
