Verdict
Not a race that should take much winning and it would be no surprise if Mick Channon's newcomer Gazing proved good enough to make a winning debut. Of those to have raced, Arthur Pendragon looks best having finished a close fourth behind a useful yardstick over course and distance when fancied for a similar event in January. The Barry Hills-trained colt is sure to give another good account while Radiant Bride has shown promise and is another to consider. Premier Cheval has proved disappointing to date but the booking of Kieren Fallon catches the eye while Woodland Spirit is a little more exposed than most but may prove capable of reaching the frame.
